We are seeking an experienced Head of People (m/f/d) to join our team and lead strategic HR initiatives for our group as well as our international clinic network. Your mission
The main goal is to develop and scale the organization from the perspective of employees and talents. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the international growth of our organization by taking over responsibility for both the strategic HR initiatives of the Sanoptis Group as well as the HR strategies for our more than 400 medical sites. 
You will report directly to the Chief Services Officer (CSO).
What can you expect to work on:
at Sanoptis Grouplevel
  • Develop and implement an HR strategy across all operating countries to support our growth
  • Implement talent management and career development processes, incl. role-specific career paths and guidance for annual feedback conversations.
  • Collaborate with C-Level to optimize organizational structure and support change management initiatives.
  • Enable numbers driven steering by developing a KPI Dashboard for regular reporting to C-level.
  • Oversee learning and development initiatives, including our Sanoptis Academy.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts to attract and keep top talent.
  • Lead initiatives to further strengthen a unique Sanoptis culture
  • Develop and further grow our People team.
at medical site level
  • Support local HR teams on their key strategic HR questions and talent retention programs, including
    • Business Partnering: Implement best practices regarding HR processes, KPIs, and systems to support daily operations.
    • Learning & Development: Enhance our Sanoptis Academy, implement training programs for doctors, establish mentoring programs and guide annual feedback conversations.
    • Recruiting: Develop processes in close collaboration with the Head of Country and Regional Directors to monitor vacancies and attract medical professionals.

Your profile
  • Significant professional experience in a strategic role with a preference for backgrounds in strategic HR management, consulting, or healthcare.
  • Demonstrated ability to work strategically, develop and implement long-term HR initiatives, and enhance the People team's role within the organization. 
  • High level of initiative and responsibility to independently drive problem-solving and process changes, ensuring efficient and effective HR operations.
  • Proven competence in leading, creating, and communicating analyses from the People department at the leadership level, with the ability to influence without authority and act as a trusted partner.
  • Charismatic personality with the ability to attract top talent, motivate the team, effectively delegate, appreciate diversity, and manage performance with a mindset focused on developing others.
  • Ability to assert oneself in a dynamic environment while showing empathy in dealing with people and maintaining high judgment and discretion in HR-specific matters.
  • Native-level German language skills (or equivalent) combined with excellent English skills.
