As part of our growth efforts in Spain, we are looking for an experienced Commercial Director Spain (m/f/d) for our outpatient eye clinics. Your mission

Responsibility for the efficient and smooth management of various outpatient eye centers in Spain.
Taking over the temporary management position within various centers in the first year of employment with the aim of identifying and developing a local center management.
Regular coordination with senior physicians to develop strategies to achieve our growth targets, taking into account the specific requirements of the surgical practice.
Ensure outstanding treatment quality and a positive patient experience through continuous process optimization and quality management measures.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for further growth in close collaboration with the central Sanoptis marketing team.
Lead and develop the team of local center managers to create a dynamic and inspiring work environment where talent is nurtured and driven to succeed.
Regularly produce comprehensive reports on site performance metrics, progress and challenges and communicate effectively with the Country Head, Board members and cross-functional teams.
Identify and capitalize on business growth opportunities, including the development of new facilities and acquisition support.
Establishing innovative treatment methods to further strengthen Sanoptis' portfolio companies as a pioneer in refractive eye surgery in Spain.

Your profile

Degree in business administration, healthcare management or a comparable qualification (e.g. nursing staff, opticians or optometrists with many years of management experience in the field of ophthalmic surgery, etc.).
Several years of experience in a management position, ideally in the healthcare sector (ophthalmology, clinic management or operations management).
Sound knowledge of process optimization and patient management.
Ability to manage challenges in a dynamic and fast-growing environment paired with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on approach.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop teams.
Analytical thinking and problem solving skills, especially in the area of billing and financial analysis.
Local flexibility within Spain and willingness to travel.
Business fluent in Spanish and English.
Reliable, careful and precise way of working, ability to work under pressure in stressful situations.
