Inorganic growth is an important value driver for Sanoptis – join our team as Director of M&A, leading our efforts to expand in existing markets and to enter new markets.
We partner with over 10 new ophthalmology hubs each year, adding €25m EBITDA p.a. to our business inorganically. We are currently present in six European markets and are actively expanding in all of them, primarily through acquisitions. In each existing market, we have built local management teams, who lead day-to-day execution of both our inorganic and organic initiatives. The Group M&A team, which you will be a part of, actively steers and supports the countries and leads expansion into new geographies.
